Chocolate Covered Gummy Bears

As a kid, chocolate covered gummy bears was a rare treat. There was a chocolate shop that sold them, but they went out of business after awhile. So we were on a quest to find another chocolatier who made these yummy treats. We found a few sources here or there over the years, but typically it was just a seasonal product. Today I have found an easy way to make my own. 

Instead of individually dipping these gummy bears, I drowned them all in the vat of chocolate and separated them on parchment paper after I dumped them out. Sure they might not all look awesome, but they taste wonderful which is all that matters.
